How many
different places have you lived in?I can only remember living in three places. A nice house in
a place called Kirkland...then a more recluded house when I first went into Grade Three.
Then the apartment I live in now with my mother when my parents split up. We might be
moving again, too.

Was born in Malone, NY a small town in the
Adirondack foothills about 20 minutes from the Canadian border. Lived in three different
houses there with my family. Moved to Canton, NY (60 miles west) to attend college. Lived
in Kenya for 6 months during my last year in college as a study abroad. Went back to
Canton to live for the summer. Moved back to Malone for the first 3 months of fall trying
to figure out what I was doing. Moved to NYC (Brooklyn to be exact) and lived and worked
there for 6 years living in 5 different apartments in Brooklyn. Moved to Somerville, MA
when I relocated to the Boston area for a new job. Two months later moved to Salem, MA
with the friends I was living with in Somerville. After 2 1/2 years moved to Somerville
again to live with different friends. Just about ready to move again to Lowell, MA where I
just bought a place after being in Somerville for 3 years.

I was born and taken to live in a duplex in
Riverdale, MD for five years. Then my family moved to a house in Seabrook, MD. Lived there
til I was 20. Then I moved into a one-bedroom co-op (pseudo townhouse) in Old
Greenbelt,MD. During the first year of living there, I was also living in a state of
sin. Or so they thought. After 3 years of Greenbelt, I bought a house with the wife in
South MD, and have been there since.

I'm not sure I really want to take the time
to count. . . a lot. . .West Orange and New Brunswick, NJ. . .Binghamton, NY. . West
Orange again. . .Pensacola, Florida and now Los Angeles, California. . .That's six(6)
different "places", if that's what the question means. . I suspect it's asking
about apartments, homes, domiciles. . .Maybe there's been about twelve or thirteen. . .I'm
pretty sure Los Angeles will be my home for the rest of my life. . but I think there
should be at least three or four moves in my future. . it's probably gonna be closer to
ten(10) more moves

Angela, 16
Aiken, SC
Born and raised in New York
City...moved to southern New Jersey at 18. Lived there
almost a year and returned to my hometown. Moved back to NJ a few years later then back
again, to NYC. Moved to Nevada years later then back to NYC. (hmmm.... a distinct pattern
there) Moved to Connecticut at 30 and fell in love with all the rivers, streams, lakes and
the countryside. This state also afforded me to be near to the ocean - a necessity for me.
I have nothing bad to say about any of the places I've lived, but this is where I'll
probably remain. Back to NYC? Visits are wonderful and it will always be "home"
for me...but I won't buck that traffic on a daily basis EVER again.
