Do
you meditate?Only occasionally. I don't know why I don't do it more often, as I find
it very helpful. In fact, I think I'll go meditate a bit right now. Thanks for the
suggestion.

Yeah! I love to...but I have trouble doing
it on my own still and I have to use tapes that walk me through it. Ah well...
Ry, 23
Nope
Deb
Only very very rarely, at karate class.

In the sense of reflection or deep
contemplation, yes - often. However, I don't take part
in any rigid techniques and there's no mantra involved.

Sometimes I try, but I have a hard time
concentrating

Some years ago, I meditated regularly and
learned some good relaxation techniques, which these days I mostly use in times of stress.

I pray regularly. I meditate occasionally.

I don't think I can aspire to meditation. I
do manage a great deal of contemplation which is basically the same thing, minus the
mysticism.
Jill, 60
Saylorsburg, PA USA
Not any more. I currently lack the
will and concentration to do so.
Felicia, 35
Lowell, MA

No. I don't have nearly enough patience.
Shanna, 16

Probably not in the conventional sense.
Karen, 21
Marshalltown/Ames, IA USA
Yes, I pray and for me that is a time of
reflection and renewal.
Janet, 42
E. Brunswick, NJ USA
Not at all.
etoile, 20
Washington, DC USA
Nope.
Tracy, 24
Ocean City, NJ USA
No. It
never seems to do much for me. Perhaps it's my lack of concentration.
Eric, 19
Beverly Hills, CA USA
Yes, but not in the traditional sense.
Jaden, 21
Brampton, Ontario CANADA
Yep. Not in the classical sense---I don't
cross my legs and sit bolt-upright and hum "ohm" but I do like to sit in my
green comfy chair and let my mind drift into a more spiritual realm. That's how I
generally begin my day; by sitting here and thinking deeply upon spirituality and
character for about ten minutes.
