your family have any Christmas traditions, or practices that others would
If they do they're not letting me in on it.
My family doesn't but my husband's family has a Christmas skull. Actually, we now have the Christmas skull. It's a ceramic skull (human) and the crown of the skull lifts off. Apparently his mother used to put Christmas candy in it. I can't offer a reason why they did this. But we now have the Christmas skull. It's out all year on our coffee table.
I don't think so.
I'm sure there's something in the "other practices" category, but I can't really think of anything at the moment.
We also observe Boxing Day, which is unusual in the US.
As we open presents, someone will say "Oh, just the right size! And my favorite color!" for something that doesn't come in sizes and colors, like a book or DVD.
We often go out for Chinese on Xmas day.
no, we don't really have any traditions besides the norm
When my sons were tiny, I had a skull filled with candy under the Christmas tree.
