Is it better to work with thick skinned people or tactful people?

I do not know...but I would prefer to be thick skinned.. It is easier to survive in this world that way...whatever.

I think it's better to work with a variety of people so I can have a variety of skills in handling different types of people.

The two are not mutually exclusive. I would like to think that I am a think-skinned person who is tactful. If the question is about obsuring the truth the spare someone's feelings, folks who can take blunt criticism and either accept or refute it is better than those whose feelings are easily hurt or in denial about their weaknesses.

I prefer to work with tactful people, providing they are competent workers and that their tact doesn't waste my time.

These aren't opposites. Very often thin-skinned people, who wince at the slightest criticism, are the very ones with sharp tongues and a habit of mean little digs. I prefer to work with thick-skinned people who are also tactful.

Thick skinned, easily.

Alias Irrelevante

Tactful. I couldnt stand to work with rude people.

I don't think the two are mutally exclusive.

I don't think those categories are mutually exclusive, and I don't know the answer. Probably thick-skinned people.
