I hope that they will speak the truth. Of course I hope that the truth will be pleasant, but if it is not, I hope that my survivors are not unduly distressed.

That I could make them laugh, I wrote well, and that I lived a good, long, long, life and went very peacefully! (great question)

That I did what was right and respected others freedom to choose their own path in life

I'd like people to say that I had a generous and loving heart, loved my family, cared about other people, had a reasonable sense of humor, and was good in my chosen career.

At my funeral I pray that someone would say what a caring and giving person and a loving person. I tell my family each time that I love them as that is what I want them to remember. I hope they will remember me as always wanting to help others at their worst time in live or in the ending years and days that I would take care of them and do what I could at my cost. I want them to remember me a a Christian wife, mother ,sister, aunt and friend.

They don't need to say anything. I can just be dead.  I hope they feel like it was worth knowing me and that I was really cool and made a difference in the world, though.

I thought a similar question has been asked...but after so many days, what hasn't...eh, whatever.  I want people to say that I am a hard worker, that I had a thimble full of talent when it came to writing, that I loved animals, that I was NOT smart, and that I was a freak.

Frodo

She loved God and she loved the people around her. But in order for people to say that about me, I have to live that way. And it ain't easy.
