Is
there anything that you enjoy doing despite not being very good at it?My #1 interest is
birdwatching but I'm actually not very good at it. But I love it and I plan to base my
retirement around birding trips.

Some sports...like basketball for instance.
I'm only semi-ok at it, but I really enjoy playing it. I also love to draw. I don't think
my skills could get me into art school, but I still love to do it!
Tracy, 24
Ocean City, NJ USA
Certainly! I can barely carry a tune, but I
very much enjoy singing. For the sake of listeners, I usually confine myself to singing
with a crowd. And last fall, I took a course in Right Brain Drawing. It confirmed my
opinion that I have no talent in that field, but nevertheless I acquired enough techniques
to amuse myself with a sketch book.

`Playing piano. I play by ear and can't read
music well enough to follow it. For someone who has never had a lesson, I do pretty
well...certainly tnough to enjoy myself and entertain a little bit. I wish like hell I had
taken the time when I was younger to learn to play by reading...it would have enhanced the
overall experience.
