Patience and a strong commitment to doing what's right for the child make a good parent.
Love, understanding, consistency, firm expectations.
Patience, perspective and a sense of humor and a willingness to love.

Someone willing to commit a lot of time to teach a child how to develop a good, moral character. A person that will tell their child what is right and wrong. It sometimes means letting a child live the consequences of their own actions, no matter how hard it is. Having them understand that life is not fair.
