Have you learned anything about yourself since you've been on this web site?

Yes. I seem to know a little bit about a lot of things, a lot about a few, and nothing about some.

The 2000 Days project has been running for 30 months. I'd be humiliated if I did not learn something useful and something delightful about myself and my world in any given 30 hour period.

It has reinforced my knowledge that I always enjoy learning new things and being exposed to the viewpoints of people with different ideas from my own.

Looking back at my entries from last time, it's very interesting to see how much I've grown between 13 and 15... I guess the biggest change it has caused in me is an appreciation for my own opinions, and those of others. When I began to contribute back in April 2000, 2000days was something completely different from what I had seen before... and I was immediately drawn to it. It was a chance for me to be heard, to express myself, to learn about who I was becoming... and I loved contributing. Even when I wasn't able to post for so long, 2000days was always a really fond memory. I think it always will be. I am so happy that I can contribute again- now, I have the chance to once again appreciate different viewpoints and develop my own.

I can't say that I have, but then at my age I ought to know myself pretty well. I enjoy learning about all the diverse people and viewpoints on site, though.

I've learned I'm a bit of a geek because I actually look forward to answering these questions... other than that, not really. I mostly enjoy reading everyone else's responses.

I dont know if I've actually learned anything about myself...I've been made to think of things I've never given thought to before...

Not really, just it's a great way to express your own opinions about the variety of issues and questions raise on this site. Thanks.

That I can indeed stick with something for a time and in the process make some small dint in the world by so doing.

I've only been on this website for a little while, so I haven't really had the opportunity the learn anything about myself. So I guess my answer is no.

Kyle, 16

No, I don't think so. I have learned some things about other people whom I know on this site.

Laura, 37
Lowell

Yes. Not necessarily because of the site, but I'm bound to learn something about myself in two years or whatever it's been.

It has only reaffirmed that I am actually capable of agreeing to disagree. It also opens my eyes to viewpoints I may have never thought about.

That I let the questions pile up and then answer a bunch of them at once. My sister also responds to this web site, so I enjoy reading her answers and then laugh when we answer along the same lines.
