Interesting question that can be answered many ways.......living my life in accordance with my beliefs. ...maintaining a healthy relationship with my husband. ...being committed to reducing the amount of poverty housing in the world (that's what I do for work).

Laura, 38

Right now I guess it would be to take good care of myself so that I don't lose this new kidney...but there's also my son...and I brought my Grandmother (who has had a stroke and is paralyzed on one side) out of her assisted living home (I could'nt stand the thought of her sitting alone in that
small one bedroom high-rise apartment) and brought her out here to live in the country with me...plus there are my dogs....so, I guess all of those things combined are my biggest responsibility.

guess husband would rank #1.
