Do
you prefer an analog or a digital clock / watch?Digital alarm
clock...analog watch.
Fisch, 46
Preston, CT
USA
Digital! :)
Talia, 24

Digital, definitely! They have lots
of other cool features besides time like alarms, stop-watch, countdown timers. . . some
can even hold phone numbers or act as calculators.
Digital watches are much more useful than watches that only tell time. Plus they often say
the month, day, year, and day of the week. My watch automatically adjusts for daylight
savings. I think eventually we'll be using watches as cell phones, pagers, and small
computers with internet capabilities. I hope i see the day.

Neither really. But I always visualize an
analog clock even if the time is digital.

I like the old fashioned clock dial with a
second hand that lurches around the number.
Jill, 61
Saylorsburg, PA USA
Analog. That's what I'm used to.
Reba, 50+
Silver Spring, MD USA
Doesn't matter to me. My favorite watch ever
is this Texas Instruments one of my grandpa's (a chip broke, so it doesn't work anymore).
You pushed a button on the side, and the numbers lit up in red. Everybody always thought
my watch was broken because you had to push the button. Only now it really is
broken, which is a simple irony.
Karen, 22

I prefer analog watches and clocks. I see
8:50 and think that I have plenty of time before I have to leave at 9:00.
Laura, 37
Lowell, MA
USA
I like analog cause I can't figure out how
to use a digital watch. But I never wear a watch. My cell phone, car & work has a
clock that is what I use.
Janet, 44
E. Brunswick, NJ USA
Digital. I'm lazy.
Firelady, 24
Dallas, TX
USA
Digital all the way.
Keri-Jade, 21
Brampton, Ontario CANADA
Analog. Maybe I'm old fashioned.
Judy, 62
Easton, KS
USA
Unless it's in a car a clock for the sake of
a clock should be analog.
Alias Irrelevante
I like the looks of an analog clock/watch
much better.
Kevin, 33
Sugar Hill, GA USA
Digital is more convenient, but I prefer the
look of analog clocks for wall clocks and other prominent clocks, and analog watches are
classier to me.
Katie, 25
Seminole, FL
USA
I don't mind either. I have an
analog watch, but it's a mixture in my house.
Tracy, 24
Ocean City, NJ USA
The only watch I ever wear is a pendant, and
I find an analog one more decorative. If the clock is primarily functional, for example,
on my bedside table, then I will choose digital.
Jane, 62
West Linn, OR
USA
I prefer digital as far as looking at it in
a hurry but to wear as a wrist watch I prefer analog. Digital watches are so geeky.
Stephanie, 25
TX USA
Analog. I love the ticking of a watch. Makes
me remember how precious time is.
Nicci, 27
Las Vegas, NV
USA
I prefer telling the time by watching the
sky. Since that is not particularly practical, I have a watch set to two time zones...One
DC time, one Alaska time...that is my small concession to society...to wear a watch...

It doesn't really matter which kind but if I
had to choose it would be a digital clock I suppose.
Kyle, 16
OH USA
Analog - telling time is becoming a lost
art! Besides, I think that analog clocks and watches are much more attractive than digital
ones.
Sapphire, 31

Nicole2, 20

USA
Analog. They're nicer looking, plus I had a
lot of trouble learning how to tell time when I was a kid, so I feel like I should keep
practicing.
Cancer, 20
NYC, NY
USA
Analog just for my watch and telling time.
Digital for work, when doing lab experiments and seconds can be crucial.
Triana, 29
Austin, TX
USA
analog.
Christina
MI USA
Analog watches are better looking and just
as simple to read.
Johanna, 18
OK USA
I really could care less which kind it is as
long as it keeps time properly.
Doug2, 29
Overland Park, KS USA
No real preference, although I never wear a
watch. Too confining for my tastes, both in a physical and mental mannor.
