It just depends
on my mood, but it is always something rich and extremely fattening (and
that's way I don't usually indulge in desserts). The last dessert I had
was cheesecake smothered in strawberries! My son was having "County
Fair Day" at his school, and the children had to bake a
dessert to be judged. I supervised my son as he made the cheesecake (and
an extra one for
us to enjoy at home)...and, well...come to think of it...there's still
some of that cheesecake in my fridge....gotta go!

Sahara. Oh, never
mind. I thought I read "favorite desert." Dessert. Too many
to choose from. My late grandmother's Lemon Chess Pie. Others make it,
but it somehow my Grandmother's hands made it better and it's never been
the same since she died almost six years ago.

I'm VERY fond of
rice pudding but I try to limit my sugar intake so I make my own rice
pudding using Sugar-free vanilla pudding, a cup of rice, and some cinnamon
and nutmeg. It serves the purpose very nicely.

A still warm from
the oven home-baked cookie. Chocolate chip or peanut butter, depending
on my mood. For something more formal, I prefer a fruit crisp or crumble.
