What do you constantly worry about?

That I am good enough.

Cindy, 41

Finding a real job, natch...that is my one, over-riding worry, and has been for years now...when I
do get a real job, maybe I will worry about something else…

As of last Tuesday, I constantly worry about how we're going to pay the bills if I don't find a new job. That's pretty stressful.

That something bad or hurtful will happen to my kids.

Janet, 45

Nothing. I sometimes worry about specific things, but they always resolve one way or another. Worry is really a waste of time. Either you can do something about a situation or you can't. If you can't, worrying won't help.

Judy, 62
Easton, KS USA

Well, lately I've been worried about my son flying to Texas with his Father. I never thought I was nervous about "post 9-11" plane trips, but now that it involves my son, I find that I am almost obsessive with worry!

I worry that I'll lock myself out of my house or my car. I've done both, a couple of times. Now I have one of those lanyards you make in summer day camp, with the house key and the car key on it. I put it on when I leave the house to work in the yard or get the mail. When I drive somewhere and park, I put the car keychain in my teeth. The keys don't leave my teeth until everything I need is out of the car and the car is locked.

Cathie, 53

I can't think of one particular thing.
