What is a behavior that is now legal, that should be illegal?

Abortion, capital punishment, assisted suicide. I guess you can see from my answer that I think all life should be protected.

I don't think behaviors should be regulated by laws, they should be regulated by timely reactions from those exposed to them. After the charlie horse has been delivered the subject matter should be dropped, they've served their time.

Because there is a very thin line between regulating harmful behavior and infringing on individual autonomy and privacy, I would be reluctant to make illegal most of those behaviors that I deem unhealthy or undesirable
