This changes often for me. Right now I don't really have one. In the passed it has been tuna melts, fried chicken w/ fried rice, popcorn, a Wendy's big classic, Micky-D's filet o'fish, and countless others.   Carbohydrates and / or fried/grease seem to be the over arching key ingredients.

My favorite comfort food is a stuffed crust pizza, with extra cheese, mushrooms, green peppers, and sometimes onions. But now if you want me to be totally honest with you, my REAL fav comfort food is weed brownies(with an additional big fat joint on the side). Can you see why?

My favorite comfort food is probably ice cream. Why couldn't it be something with fewer calories?!

Wow, why would I need comfort food? Mom's chicken and noodles, probably. : ) But that's not a comfort food in the sense of eating it to make me feel better because I'm down. It's just a comfort food in that it's very comforting to me to have yummy food in my stomach.

It really depends on what I am comforting for. If I'm sad or depressed, I go for the chocolate. Well, I guess now that I think about it, I always go for the chocolate.

Ice cream, hands down! Especially anything with cream, butter, nuts, or coffee. (Any one of these things or all four.) When I'm stressed out or upset, a bowl (or pint) of Pralines 'n' Cream will calm me right down.

Ice cream - no chocolate - no ice cream - no chocolate.... It really depends upon the day and the situation - but it will be one of these two. I guess I eat ice cream when I want to curl up and eat slowly and think. I buy a candy bar when I need to keep going, cant stop but need a dose of that something you get from a special food.

Deb

double stuf oreo cookies. i cant get enough of them <3<3

Sometimes it is tuna casserole or tuna, hard boiled egg and macaroni noodles, or meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy. And chocolate always works, no matter what the situation.
