Are you a natural leader, or a follower? A
bit of both, as the situation calls for.

neither --
I am my own person; an individual. I am unique.

In crisis
situations I usually step up and try to determine who has what skills.
In other situations it really depends on whether or not I give a shit.

I'm a natural
leader. I always end up in charge of something. I do belong to one group,
however, for which I made a deliberate decision not to be anything but
an ordinary member.

Natural leader
or just plain bossy... depends on who you talk to.

I can play
either part as the occasion demands.

I tend to
be a little of both, but if I had to choose one, I'd say I'm more of a
leader than a follower.

I can be either
depending on the situation. However, I must say that I am a somewhat reluctant
leader and my natural state is to be low key.

When I was
a kid I was a leader. I have a tendency to follow my husband now. I don't
know. I'm whichever suits me at the time.

im usually
the person who is in between. you know like that person who tells the
leader what to do and makes sure that everyone follows. what is that like
an adviser or observer or something. thats me, lurking in the shadows
watching, always making sure everything goes just right for everyone.
if there
should be a problem the leader or follower would come to me and i take
care of it. sounds kind of like a hitman a little bit.
i was sort
of like that a point in my life. but i was more like a fight man i guess.
or a confronter. how crappy that was. but thats who i was and sort of
still am. gotta take care of the fam and friends.yup thats right, hard
job but someones got to do it. dont mind me, im a dork

I would consider
myself more a leader than a follower.

I'm more of
a follower. I can lead if I need to though.

I'm a natural
follower. I'm an unnatural leader - I can do it and I'm decent at it,
but it's not a role I enjoy. I've been a Girl Scout leader and a Troop
Services Director (basically, a leader of leaders in my GS council). I'd
much rather do things myself than delegate and supervise.

As it turns
out, I am a natural leader. I did not know that about myself until I became
president of the Woodstock Rotary Club. I was already editor and general
manager of a weekly ewspaper, but I did not feel like a true leader until
I took on that civic role. I am also an excellent second in command. My
preferred place would be as a leader with the ability to designate - something
I have always had trouble doing.

It
depends who the "group" is. I'm a bossy cow though, so mostly
a leader - there's only so long you can mill about being democratic!

I'm
a leader. Even if I don't want to lead. I can't keep my mouth shut and
wide up in charge.
