Which
do you prefer beer, wine, liquor or abstinence?Wine, in moderation.

I like any of them, but only occasionally. My
favorite is a strawberry daiqueri.

Well, I don't exactly prefer
abstinence...but let's just say I stick with the cola and the ice tea. Not that it's any
cheaper -- at a lot of places they charge the same as a
beer.

I prefer abstinence from beer, wine and
alcohol. I have seen too many families ruined by the use of these. I myself had known
alcoholics in the family and know what it does to a child and to the spouse. Many years
later died from the abuse of these substances.

Abstinence, assuming we're still talking
about alcoholic beverages.

Give me a good micro brew any time! ;-)
Janet, 44

I don't drink; not for prudish reasons, just
haven't acquired a taste for anything. I guess if I had to drink something, it would be a
light, fruity wine or sip on a glass of Bailey's Irish Cream.

What is the occasion?
Jill, 61
Saylorsburg, PA USA
I drink beer, but really prefer wine or a
good bloody mary. On the whole though I probably have 2 or 3 beers in a month.
Felicia, 36
Lowell, MA
USA
Either beer or liquor. Beer is usually my
first choice, but sometimes I just want a drink with hard alcohol!
Tracy, 24
Ocean City, NJ USA
All of the above.
Nicole2, 20

I like a little wine or Irish Cream now and
then, but I don't drink very often.
Triana, 29

Eh. I like a good Shiner Bock every
now and then, but overall I usually abstain from
alcohol. I can't understand why people drink something that makes them look sick as they
swallow it.
Nicci, 27

I definitely don't like beer, and wine isn't
my cup of tea either. I enjoy mixed drinks mostly, and the ones I usually end up with have
vodka in them. I don't drink very often at all, only on special occasions.

Although drinking is against our religion, I
didn't drink when I joined the church and now I have good reason not to start.
Reba, 50+
Silver Spring, MD USA
I like mixed drinks but haven't had a drink
in twenty years due to stomach problems.
Laney

My favorite drink is Crown & Coke but I
drink beer more often. However, now that I'm married with kids, I abstain most of the
time. I'll drink alcohol 2 times a month on average.
Doug2, 29

Hmm...liquor or wine...
Kyle, 16
OH USA
I prefer beer, but I will drink anything
that's going. Im easily pleased.
Brad, 21

Wine is fine, liquor is quicker, but it
takes 5 beers to have any effect on me...10 to get me drunk.

Liquor. Beer's revolting and wine's usually
boring (although plum wine is fabulous)
Talia, 24
Wilton, CT

I do not drink any form of alcohol for the
simple reason that it makes me sick. It even sickens me to smell alcohol on someone else.
Tam
Nothing refrshes like a cold 40 of
Steel Reserve malt liquor. Now I'm thirsty.
A-Dog, 19

Liquor.
Johanna, 18
OK USA
I'd prolly say liquor or wine even though I
haven't touched any of it since New Year's.
Angela, 18
Bella Vista, AR USA
I always prefer alcohol to abstinence! If
you mean absynthe, I've never tried it, but I'm awfully intrigued by it. Out of the other
choices, I prefer liquor, gin in particular. Yes, I actually like gin and tonics. I
remember after a particularly bad class last semester, my boyfriend would hurriedly mix a
gin and tonic for me when I walked in the door. Thankfully, it didn't develop into a
habit!

Uhm,
liquor.
