Have you ever stolen anything?

Have I ever. Mosty stupid crap that's just been lying around. Plants, for example are rarely gaurded. But ocasionally it's been a little crazier than that. Crazy enough that I won't describe it on the internet. But boy I've got stories.

I've lifted the odd pen from an office, but nothing beyond that level.

Yes. Ashamed to say but yes. As a kid and a few things as an adult when I was going through my "poor stage". I also stole the heart of my fiance but he stole mine as well.

Yeah...when I was little. It was a long time ago.

I'm sorry to admit that I have. When I was in my early 20's, I traveled to Houston and decided to live there. While looking for an apartment, I stayed in the local YWCA. My roommate was a young,
attractive runaway who was heavily into shoplifting - not penny candy but large items like TVs. Everyday she used to "canvas" the area and see what stores she could steal from. We got to be good friends and she showed me the in's and out's of shoplifting. I didn't steal anything at that time but a few years later I needed some things and had no money so I put into practice what I had been taught. I stole little things quite often. But when I tried to quit, I couldn't. I was addicted and took things even when I had the money to pay for them. This went on for years until I admitted to God that I had a problem and with His help, I finally licked this awful habit.

Little things here and there when i was a kid. Stuff like gum, seashells from a souvenir shop, that sort of stuff. Not for at least 12-13 years, tho.

If you mean the random going home with a pen from the office, yes. If you mean shoplifting, embezzling or other theft of that nature, no.

Well, I hate to admit this, but, yes...when I was about 15, I stole a pair of jeans from the Gap on a dare. I was scared to death while doing it, and never did anything of the sort ever again!

Tam

Of course. These days I feel most guilty about stealing time for trivial amusements.

When I was 8 or so, I stole some makeup from the house of one of my parent's friends. I was immensely guilt riddent and fessed up almost immediately. I got a good wacking on my hands and had to return the items. It was an embarrassing and shameful experience. I never wanted to take anything that was not mine again.

No.

I remember stealing a pencil when I was a kid, and stealing penny candy from the corner store. Other than that, nothing major.
