Actually zoos make me a bit uneasy. I asways find it sad for so many of the animals. I am especially sad about elephants in captivity. They are majestic animals meant to roam huge expanses of savannah. No wonder they occassionally go beserk and kill folks. I do like the polar bears. Aquariums are more my speed and the penquins are my fav.

River otters or sea otters. There is no animal on the face of the earth that seems to enjoy his life more than an otter. They move with grace in the water and stumble around on the ground. They use tools to crack open food. Their faces look alternately like a wise old man and a silly school boy. They are social and gregarious. I could watch them for hours.

As I haven't been to the zoo in twenty years I don't know. But last time I went to Houston's zoo they had seals as soon as you walk in. I could watch them for a while.

That's hard to say. I like them all, especially the furry ones. Monkeys and apes are funny, the big cats are beautiful, and bears are cuddly. How can you choose?

My favorite is the tiger. I was born in Detroit, and used to follow the Detroit Tigers when I was in grade school. In college the other debaters nicknamed me Tiger. My husband's pet name for me was Tiger. Oddly enough I was really born in the Year of the Ox.

The zoo here has a Duck Pond with all kinds of ducks and waterfowl. That is my favorite attraction and the first place I visit when I go to the zoo.

I'd rather there weren't any zoo animals. I think with the good film techniques now available, zoos aren't needed any more to show people wild animals from other areas.

when i was 6, my family went to the national zoo in washington dc. the pandas were definitely my favorite. i also liked the gorilla--i was pressing my face up against the glass and it came up and kissed me. ive only been to the zoo like once since then, but those are definitely the animals i would look forward to seeing

I find it difficult to answer this because I hate zoos and will not go to them. It bothers me to see the animals restrained and in countries where they don't belong. I know zoos do alot to help preserve endangered species,but it bugs me just the same.

Of all time, hands down, the Musk Ox I saw in the Zoo in Alaska...Musk Oxes are cool...I am also totally into the Grizzly and Black Bears...of course, I saw them all at the Alaska Zoo...that place totally reeked of awesomeness...gnarly, dude...

Wow..I like them all, really. However, I would have to say that my favorite section of the zoo is the aquarium building and displays. It's like a whole other world in there! Fisch is sooo lucky to have a career in such a place!

There are so many animals at the zoo, and it's been so long since I've been there. I'd have to say that the peacock is a very beautiful bird, but I admire the male adult lion as well.
