I'm trying to shed a few pounds for summer, so I've been trying to eat light. Tonight I'm having broiled salmon and tabouli salad. I've given up red meat and have been eating just chicken and fish. My son and Grandmother are not too happy about this, because I've kind of put the whole household on a diet.
