How many times in your life have you been in love?

I have been in love about three times in my life. The first time was when I was in kindergarten. I had a boyfriend that I absolutely adored and he loved me too. He even said he would do anything or me. The second time, which was a minor one was in 8th grade. Oddly enough, his name was Michael too. We became friends and then I realized how much I liked him. The final one was in my senior year in high school. This relationship has been going on for two and a half years. His name is Matt. We did not really know each other but when I met him, I realized that I was in love with him.

To me, autumn feels like Halloween... all of the perfectly autumn days I say feels like a Halloween day.

Several. Usually with people I didn't take the time to realize I didn't actually like!

I can't think of a time in my life when I have not been in love with some one or with some thing.

Just once. Right now with my current boyfriend. We've been together for over 2 years and lately I think he's been on the prowl for an engagement ring. ;)

Once. I believe I'm in love with a really good guy friend I've had for a long while. As in non-romantic way love, I love my best friends.

Three I think, but when I look back they were all different and the two don't even come close to what I have with my husband now!

I hold that there are degrees of being in love, and I've only been this in love once. But, let's see. .
.four, that I can think of. Four.

I have been truly in love three times. First was Peter, the love of my life; then James, the father of my child; and lastly Mark, who turned out to be a heel. I'm still friends with all three of them (yes, even the heel)...and in fact James is still a big part of my life, even though we are no longer
officially "together". He's a wonderful, caring, compassionate man...we just cannot live together because...I don't know...we're both just set in out own

I've been in what I thought was love 3 times before I met my wife. Come to find out, none of them compare to the true love that I have now found.

once

I thought I was in love two times before I met the man I really love. It takes some experience to be able to distinguish true love from simple sexual attraction or infatuation.
